Sacrifice refers to, the act of placing a Follower Card from the field into the Discard Pile. Sacrificing is a result of costs or card abilities.
● While both destroying and sacrificing send Follower Cards from the field into the Discard Pile, the resolutions are treated differently. Thus, an ability that would activate upon a Follower Card being destroyed, will not activate when a Follower Card is sacrificed.
